No it cant, i have been banned from a site before, if its an Email Ban, Username Ban, or IP Ban, you cant vote in polls.

Yeah, just because it was logged in too doesn't mean it voted, the account is banned entirely. And when it ' supposedly ' voted, you voided 4 votes, not 1, but 4 votes.

Guys, I have a solution to this problem. How about we have another admin? It doesn't have to be me, or Vargo, or Natalia. Just someone, to, you know, straighten out these problems. That way, if there is an admin that doesn't normally agree with Kraft, they can EFFECTIVELY talk about a resolution to the conflict.

I vote Oracle as new Admin.

Oracle is inactive now, he wouldn't be here to become admin... I don't see who else could be admin, actually. I think it would have to be Natalia, Canplo, or me.

I used to check out DF, buy never joined.

And even if he does join, he doesn't let feelings IC and OOC interact with each other, so if I kill him for some dumb reason, he'll be fine OOC. But with Nuchiha, he just blew up IC and OOC, but he was dealing with a lot of things OOC.

Oracle, no one has made you admin yet... And I am correct, you were inactive. And I have no grudge on Kraft, if anyone thought that. We are actually friends.

I wanted to get a third party person, and I made Oracle a Moderator I think. Moderators have administration level power they just can't access the admin panel.
