Byss, the capital of the New Galactic Empire, rich in metals, and houses billions of civilians. The Capital of Byss, is called Empire City, mostly known as Imperial City and Capital of the Empire. Imperial City also houses the Central Command building, which is where the New Galactic Empire's government is. Also apart of the building, is a rather large tower, that even dwarfs the buildings on Coruscant, called the Emperor's Citadel, is where the Emperor lives. The Emperor's Citadel is strictly off limits, even to the Emperor's Grand Moffs. The Moffs also have a tower at the opposite end of the Emperor's Citadel, called the Moff Citadel, and it stands roughly one third of the height of the Emperor's Citadel.
